Our menu – for a healthy and balanced nutrition for children and adolescents.
Our range of meals is both varied and nourishing. When selecting the dishes, we ensure that the basic rules for a healthy nutrition are complied with. You will therefore find abundant grain products, potatoes, milk and milk products, fresh salads, sea fish and mainly low-fat meat on our menus. Furthermore, we prepare our meals on a low-fat basis.
When creating the menus, we follow the recommendations of the German Nutrition Society (DGE), who – together with various expert teams from science and practice – has developed standards for a healthy and balanced nutrition for children and adolescents.
